Membership is free, but is reserved exclusively for persons who own tanning equipment, at home or in their business. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to anyone who has not qualified as a Club Tan member, or who we believe was fraudulent in stating their elligibility.

The information within this site is accurate to the best of our knowlege, however, we assume no responsibility for typographical errors or incorrect data, since most information is taken directly from the manufacturers of the products we sell. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, on tanning lotions and products, including fitness for an application. Items must be sold AS IS. Privacy Policy

Hottans does not sell or give your name, address, phone or other information to any other company except as needed for occasional drop shipments. We respect your privacy and take extraordinary steps to protect your credit card and other personal information, including distroying all credit card number info on this site after 30 days and storing your other personal information on a seperate, secure network.

Return Policy

Hottans will replace any item damaged in shipment. If you have a shipment that is damaged, refuse it and call us. If you do not find the damage until it is opened, keep all packaging and call us. Sales Tax Policy

We collect taxes for the State of North Carolina. Persons living in other states are responsible for filing and paying sales tax for these items in their own state.
